How to order
To order cookies it starts with requesting a quote. When you fill out the quote form give details about dates, themes and quantity needed. Click here to go to that page. I will send you a quote with pricing if date is available. When you accept the quote by clicking accept an invoice will follow up and once that is paid in full the order is booked.
Do I offer refunds?
Refunds will only be made if they are requested 2 weeks or more prior to the pick up date on the contract. If it is 2 weeks or less and the cookies have not been made yet, the options are to reschedule to a future date or a 50% refund only. No refunds for cookies that have already been made.
If for any unforeseen reason I should have to cancel your order unexpectedly, I will issue a full refund or accommodate another date.

How long do the cookies stay fresh? Can they be frozen?
Everything is baked from scratch without artificial preservatives. Decorated cookies should be eaten within 1-2 weeks for best flavor, but once the cookies are completely dry and individually heat-sealed, they can last up to 3 when properly stored at room-temperature.
If you must store your cookies for longer than the recommended 2 weeks, you can freeze them until needed in their individually sealed bags. Simply place the cookies upright in an airtight container and place in the freezer. When you're ready to eat the cookies, just take out the entire container and let it come to room temperature prior to opening the container and/or removing the cookies from their packaging. This usually takes about 2-3 hours. I can’t guarantee the decorations will remain as they were when picked up but, they will be edible.
How much do cookies cost?
Cookies start at $48 per dozen and there is a 2 dozen minimum. The amount of different shapes, colors, accents, and packaging will be considered in pricing. All cookies come individually for freshness. Get your quote here.
Will I copy cookies?
I will not copy another cookiers work. I will do my best within my ability to match inspiration pictures, invitations etc. in my own style.
Will I do character cookies?
If you are looking for detailed faces and specific logos of characters I have chosen to no longer do “faces” due to the intricacies of them and the copyright laws. I will do themes that match a character theme without “realistic’ features.
